Given that we only had 3 days, Tony did a great job covering the course material. He was very knowledgeable in the subject matter and an excellent communicator. He was patient and answered all our questions. He also provided us with lots of ‘insider tips’, which will be extremely beneficial for us. I am pushing for additional training in the next fiscal year, and hope we have the opportunity to enlist the services of IDEA (and Tony) again.

The [UML] course was excellent. It had it’s moments of confusion like any course. But the facility was nice, the instructor was competent and helpful. He supplemented course material with tons of websites and articles that he dug up on his own. He even tailored exercises around the work we are currently doing here. It ranked up with the Flash class for the best course I’ve taken. While no course will make you an expert in 4 days, it certainly sent me away with a lot more information and a good basis for growth.
